The Fox and the Stork
Bu yazımızda, “Tilki ile Leylek” olarak bildiğimiz “The Fox and the Stork” hikayesinin basit bir sürümünü derledik.
One day, the fox wanted to play a trick on the stork. He invited the stork to his home for dinner.
The fox served soup. But he did not use bowls. He used flat plates. The fox could easily drink the soup from the plate. But the stork couldn’t. She had a long beak. She was very hungry and sad.
The stork wanted to teach the fox a lesson. She invited the fox to her home. She served food in tall jars. The stork could eat easily with her long beak. But the fox couldn’t. He was hungry and sad.
The fox understood his mistake. He said, “I am sorry.”
