His normally cheerful demeanor had faded, and he found himself feeling down in the dumps more often than not.

I’ve been feeling under pressure lately. The pressure at work has been intense, with tight deadlines and high expectations. I’ve been working long hours and feeling like I’m constantly stressed out to perform. On top of that, I’ve had a lot of personal stuff going on, and it’s left me feeling overwhelmed and on edge.

Some people don’t like other people because they look different. I think that is understandable, but It’s good to stay neutral. I don’t believe it is fair to judge someone by their appearance. For example, my student George didn’t like Emma because she was a dour girl.

During the recent demonstrations in the city center, we saw protesters taking the law into their own hands and attacking the offices of the company responsible for the pollution of our beaches.

I Had a Terrible Headache

Yesterday I had a terrible headache. It hurt a lot and I guess that’s why I was in a bad temper all day. Everything anyone said seemed to put the back up and, in the end, I threw a fuse with the person I share my office with.
