Emma’s First Day at School
Emma was feeling nervous. It was her first day at school. She wore a new dress, and her school bag was packed. She said, “I hope I make new friends.”
Emma gergin hissediyordu. Okuldaki ilk günüydü. Yeni bir elbise giymişti ve okul çantası hazırdı. “Umarım yeni arkadaşlar edinirim” dedi.
Her mother drove her to school. She walked into the big building. There were many children. Some were playing, and some were talking. Emma said, “Hello” to a girl in a yellow dress. They became desk mates.

By the end of the day, Emma was very happy. She made many new friends. She learned new things. She said, “I love school!” Her first day at school was very good.
